Terms of Service

By engaging Digital Dream Works LLC (“DDW”) for services, you agree to the following terms. Specific engagement terms are governed by the contract or statement of work signed between DDW and the client.

Services

DDW provides performance marketing, custom software development, AI systems integration, and related services as defined in individual client agreements. Service terms, deliverables, and payment schedules are outlined in each engagement contract.

Intellectual property

Work product created by DDW becomes the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the engagement contract. DDW retains the right to reference completed work in marketing materials unless a confidentiality agreement prohibits this.

Limitation of liability

DDW’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to any claim. DDW is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
